I am 43 yo female. I work in the business office at a small christian university in Southern Indiana. I have been married since 1985. I have two children. Elizabeth is a senior in college. She is going to be a social worker. Jack is a freshman at a technical school and wants to be a paramedic. Jack just recently moved in with his sister to be closer to school. About 30 minutes from home. Kind of having the empty nest syndrome.

I love to cook and love food so dieting is very hard for me. I used to own a catering business for a few years and used to decorate cakes. I am always asked to be in charge of the kitchen whenever there is a special project or a fundraiser. Makes it difficult to diet. But I am trying to find new recipes that are good on my diet to help.
