Wife and mommy to two! Started on paleo 7/1/2018. I love the aspect of eating clean and keeping it basic and unprocessed, but I cannot survive without cheese ;)
I lost nearly 20 lbs by following Paleo. Nowadays, I follow the Primal Blueprint Diet which allows me to eat cheese!!! For me, it’s more about being healthy and eating clean and less about what to eat or what not to eat. So, occasionally I do indulge.
What works for me may not work for you.
✅ First goal: 185 (pre-pregnancy weight)
Second goal: 170
