I'm now highly motivated to lose weight and lower my body fat of about 33%. When I was 20 I lost over 50 lbs.. Around 6 yrs ago I lost 10 lbs on a low carb diet combined with boot-camp. I will most likely speed walk with weights. I'm a night person. I'll be taking Relora and GABA Calm to relax, get a good nights sleep so I can get up and do a daily walk with wrist weights. I have a speed jump rope and intend to use it for cardio. I'm also giving up alcohol and potato chips with dip. Otherwise I have a good plant based diet. I look really good for my age but have some arthritis. My BMI is borderline 25 as I go up and down up to 8 lbs if I drink beer and eat salty snacks nightly while I watch movies.
