I work on a farm 5 days a week, so I get good “exercise” at work, but I’ve been slowly gaining weight the past few years. I started the keto diet and running a 5k at least 4 times a week in may 2018. I’ve lost 37 lbs so far, but have 32 lbs to go to get back to my old size (minus 10 lbs), but I’m hoping to have some muscle tone for once. I’ve quit drinking for the first time in 4 years, and have all the determination in the world.
