I’ve been ‘overweight’ my entire life, but I’ve always been happy with myself and my body. But I got thinking recently that if I didn’t start to think about losing weight now in my late 20’s would I ever do it? That got me thinking that if I didn’t do it, would I end up with diabetes and dying at a much younger age than I need to because of the strain the weight would ultimately put on my body internally.

So here I am again, I’d lost over 6 stone, but during the various lockdowns of 2020 I put a stone back on, so I’ve come back to far secret to help get me on track and motivated to lose the weight once again!
