A mature student, getting ready for my A-Levels. I am trying to lose 35 pounds to become 125 lbs, without loosing too much muscle. I am on medications that affect my metabolism atleast that is what the doctor told me. I plan on going to the gym everyday to burn 500 calories on the elliptical machine and lift weights every other day. I also plan on doing abdominal crunches every other day as well.
