I've been up and down in weight since I was a teenager. I recently decided I wanted a healthier lifestyle that I can maintain long-term. My goal is, simply, to be healthy and happy!

I'm 29, happily married, and a nanny to 2 wonderful kids. I have no kids and one cat. I try to stay positive and enjoy the everyday joys of life.
