Well just like most everyone here I have allowed events in my life to get me down and picked up bad coping mechanisms along the way. I shed the biggest negatives in my life a long time ago but managed to hang on to the bad habits especially the eating. I have a horrible habit of eating late at night and drinking LOTS of mt. dew. (like more than a days worth of calories in mt dew alone!)
I recently turned 30 and since I'm a real grown up now I figure its time to quit complaining about getting fat and fix it!
