Hi there! I'm a 37 year old single hard working mother who has struggled all her life with dieting...Never ending battle as you all I am sure can relate. I realize what I need to do and now I believe I am prepared to do it....Its a lifestyle change not just a diet and I am committed to doing just that but would love the encouragement along the way..I came upon your site and thought wow this is great....
