Hello All!

I'm a 45 year old momma of 5. I just started seriously dieting last week. I spend most of my day on the computer while watching shows on the tv or trying to get through a book. I have ADHD and bipolar II. Also I spend lots of time waiting on my offspring. I only have 2 young kids at home the rest are adults and have moved away. My 19 year old twins are both in the Navy. I lost a lot of weight about 6-7 years ago and have slowly )or not so slowly) put it back on. I am currently trying to lose AT LEAST 60 more lbs. Starting from 222.6 lbs. atm.
I am trying to lose weight now because I really do not like myself. I hate that I'm so unmotivated. I hate the way I look in the mirror. I hate that I weigh too much to be as physically active as I should be. I want to feel good about myself. I want to be able to dance again. I want to look sexy naked or even with clothes on.

I'm a 46 year old momma of 6. My name is Kirstie and I'm from VA. Restarting my weight loss journey after a very surprising and tough pregnancy. As of today I'm 235lbs and made it my first goal to get down to 180. My second goal will be 160lbs and after maintaining I might even try for 140 but we'll see on that. I am a stay at home radical unschooler. Yes, even before Covid. After reading my last bio entry I must say my attitude has changed for the better. I'm much more positive now and I know what I'm capable of. I'm really looking forward to getting to know and cheering everyone on.
