I am a father of two, both girls, and I work as a welder building Turbine components. I live in South Georgia, in the United States. We drink a lot of sweet tea down here, although I've learned to use Stevia now instead of the two cups of sugar. I've always been overweight. Since I was about 8 anyway. In 1998 I lost 57 pounds over a year using Ultra Slim Fast shakes and cutting out my supper and lunch. But I couldn't eat anything to maintain that weight. I want my life to have more in it then just a daily routine of suffering. Now I have been diagnosed as a diabetic, and I am once again trying to learn how to have a balanced diet that will not cause me to GAIN weight. And teach my daughters how to as well.
