I'm a university student, trying to improve my overall health. I'm a firm believer in Health At Every Size - for me, that means weight loss to help my PCOS symptoms! I love my body as it is, but PCOS caused a sudden weight gain which worsens the symptoms.
This is a slow and steady journey for me, and I'm trying to learn as much as I can about my body as I go through it.
My goal weight is between 75-80kg, which is about 40kg lost. I want to be there by 2023, and I'm working on smaller goals of 5-10kg at a time.
