I will be twenty five on September twentieth. I just had a baby on April fools day 2008. I was put on bed rest a month before I gave birth and I gain forty pound in that month to make it a total of eighty pounds. Now that I have my daughter I don't really have the time to exercise. I get home from work at seven p.m. and have to put my daughter in bed by eight thirty. I walk all day long at work and am always on my feet since I work at a hospital so hopefully that will help with my lack of time to exercise. I am also struggling with post partum depression so I am really struggling with my weight. I recently bought MBT shoes which are supposed to work your legs and abs while you are just everyday walking. Plus now I am running every night when I get my little one to sleep. Plus writing down everything you eat is really helping realize all the crap I put in my body.
