i am 26 years old and started my weight loss to become more active and healthy for my 5 children and husband. i found this site and thought i would start but through hard times and family stress i didnt start my weight loss until april 6 and by that time i had gained almost 15 more lbs. now it is time to take care of me so i can take care of my family. fully focused on me for the next 6 months :)
