I'm a 21 year old college student who has decided to embrace health and fitness for my mind as well as body. As a New York native, health and fitness is given a different perspective than many other parts of the country. At the end of May I was at my peak of 166. I'm a short asian female, so every pound counts.

My Diet: I've done a lot of research over my journey and I know what's good and bad for me, what it comes down to is "what's sustainable for me?" I could crash diet and lose a bunch of weight,but i'd gain it all back fairly quickly. I know because I've tried, haha.

START: 166 (June, 2015)
GOAL: 125

Journey Goals:
150 by November 24th (Thanksgiving)
145 by December 25th (Christmas)
135 by March 4th (Birthday)
125 by May 20th (Graduation)

For those who are wondering, (because FS is stupid) I changed my starting weight to 166, my original peak, to remind myself how far I've come. I feel like its better to see the big picture than just short goals, even if they're more manageable.
