Hi everyone. Well, here I am again back up to the weight I was 6 years ago when I first started the journey. And to tell the truth I am very disappointed in myself. I hurt my back 3 years ago and haven't been able to work out like before. I guess I used that as an excuse to eat poorly and not find other ways to be active. Sort of feeling sorry for myself at the same time. But I am going to get back down to a healthy weight once again!
