I'm a 55 year old married grandmother of 4. I'm an office manager at an elementary school in Miramar,Fl for 20 years now.. Love the kids. As I've gotten older I realize the necessity of good health, eating habits, moderation etc. For me it's a day to day battle that I will win. I don't like growing out of my clothes, just because my metabolism is slow and not even have the joy of indulgences!!!. Tried South Beach but put the weight back on, this diet seems more like a lifestyle change that I can do without a lot of difficulty. Hopefully I will have positive changes with the weight workouts as opposed to so much cardio. We'll see....:)
