Hi I am Daina, 50 years old ... started Intermittent fasting May 2018 and went from 269 to 245 some of that was vegan too. Started Keto Jan. 7 at 245 and I am down to 229 today. I am looking to go down to at least 160. Ideal weight per everyone else is 130 for my height. But 160 will be comfortable for me. Been overweight most of my adult life from age 17 till now... Lost 80 pounds when i was 41-43 and gained it back ... because of life and sickness. I am a lupus survivor and glad to be alive. Maybe, just Maybe i can ditch the meds if i lose this weight. Well once i leave the terrible 200, no turning back. All Glory To God!
