Hello All....I've been on South Beach since 03-12-07....I'm still hanging in Phase 2 with some cheats along the way....I have lost a total of 28 lbs and feel so much better...I love this way of eating....I don't feel deprived at all...because I know I can have a taste of this or that "if" I feel like it...and go right back to eating right....Good Luck to everyone! This is a great place to be ; )
