Thirty something food lover. Just went through a TON of life changes in the past two years and several injuries, which added up to being too busy to cook more wholesome foods and too busy and/or in too much pain to exercise regularly. I have done Atkins (14 years ago) and Perricone (5 years ago) in the past with excellent results. I am highly educated on both, if anyone has questions or concerns on either. Currently, I have discovered Paleo, which happened to match my ideals and approach rather well, especially given the hypoglycemic episodes I have had in the past year. I have become very well educated on that, as well, if anyone has any questions or concerns they want to discuss, including a 3-4 step program, if jumping right in looks too difficult.
