I started at 275 lbs 2 1/2 years ago and have been consistently losing and maintaining the weight loss. As a big guy (6'4") I could pull off the extra weight but just didn't feel good!. I was an athlete in college and have gotten back to my exercising ways, competing in Triathlons. As of 2/14 I am at about 230 and want to get down to 210 by the end of May.
