I am a photography, coffee, foodie, weight lifting lover and always trying to improve myself. I am trying to build muscle because I like the fit look and on a long term I want to burn more calories while doing nothing. Also I have some kg to shed....they are very stubborn, I also have PCOS! Currently lifting weights 3 times / week and started to incorporate incline treadmill (10%) brisk walking for minimum 30 minutes after workouts and separately in the morning.
