I have just turned 50
Over the last 3 years I have lost my father, witnessed a teenagers suicide and lost a a close friend and mentor
I have not been looking after myself and have decided that life is too valuable to be staying in bed
The last 2 years of being in and out of lockdown has given me the time to take a long look at myself and I don't like what I have become
I need to get into shape so that when we can once again live our lives outside of lock down I will be ready
