My name is Kathy. I am 49 years old. I have been a nurse for 30 years. I am married to the love of my life and best friend. I have 2 children, 3 step children, 11 grandchildren and one more on the way. My most recent grandchild was just born on 12/17/10. I was blessed to have been able to deliver her myself in the back of an ambulance! It is definitely the most exciting day of my life. I have also been blessed with the most wonderful daughter in law in the world, who is more like a daughter to me.

My actual starting weight of 260 pounds was on 7/29/10. I messed up entering my start date on here so I looks like I lost 24 pounds over night, but it was actually over a period of 7 1/2 weeks.

My ultimate weight goal is 149 pounds which I hope to be able to reach by my 50th birthday 7/12/11. I intend to be fabulous at 50!!!
