I am a 28 yr old mom of four. I have been married for the second time for 2 yrs. I put on 75 lbs with my first pregnancy and evenyually took it off three yrs later after I had my third child. I got pregnant with my fourth five yrs later and put almost every lb back on during the pregnancy. I can't seem to get it off this time. My baby will be 2 in March and the weight is still with me. I dont feel very healthy. I turn to food for comfort and i seem to be in a rut.
