I'm a '40-something' "mom" to a whole farm full of cast-off critters. I've always been overweight but it's really gotten me down the past few years. I'm starting to feel all of the aches and pains that go with being fat - along with all the creaks and cracks of getting older. I've realized that if I'm going to be able to keep this farm into my old age, I'd better start taking care of myself a bit better.
I'm hoping that FS will be my key. I love to try new foods and the recipies on this site have been a real encouragement - who would've guessed that cauliflower and tofu could be used to make meat & potatos 'good for me'!!! (o:
