Hi there! I am healing from Fibromyalgia and last year I had lost 60 lbs only to regain 80- thanks COVID lol.. I am doing low cal CICO. I am also trying my hand at Yin yoga a couple times a week. Basically, I keep to myself.. I'm not into drama, but I enjoy seeing all the posts. Thanks for your support. I would like to get to a point in my life where I am flexible and pain free. Namaste.
