About two years ago I trained for and finished my first (and only) triathlon; currently I'm the heaviest I have ever been. It took time to get here, and it will take time to get back. My challenge is twofold: 1) I love good food and drink! and 2) My job is very sedentary (financial analyst), and I live in SW Florida where it's insanely hot most of the year, so I'm not getting enough exercise.

My goal is for this app/program to help me identify where I'm making bad food/drink choices, and motivate me to quit whining about the heat and get moving. I'm also applying my analytical skills to track all kinds of stuff in Excel, because why not use my powers for good?

Current methodology:
*Intermittent Fasting (IF) 18/6 Monday-Friday, minimum 12 hour fasts on weekends
*Only eat whole or lightly processed foods and drinks (e.g. I can have whole wheat bread, if I make it myself; and yes, I ferment my own non-water/coffee beverages)
*Record EVERYTHING I eat and drink, like a crazy person, and track macros
*Target 1,650 calories daily average per week
*Weigh-in on Fridays and Mondays (mostly to see what kind of damage I do on weekends)
