Hello,
I am a 40 something female, with some major health set backs. They are serious enough to cost me my life if I do not get it under control. All of my medical issues are affected by diet. I have worked hard to follow the doctors orders for medication, lifestyle changes, attitude & determination. The part I am having the most trouble with is Diet & Exercise!!! I know I how important it is for me to be eating a healthy well balanced diet & get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. But alas I do not, more often then I do. So my friend (Lisa Online) has asked me to join her on her journey to a healthier lifestyle. So here I am. Thanks Lisa for the invite.
