In my later 30's, married with 1 child, a daughter in primary school. i am of average height and build and would ideally like to be back to my pre-baby weight of 60-62. I love food and enjoying the good and the very very bad :) these last few kgs are proving to be quite a thing to dump, clearly love me toooooo much... but as long as i dont let myself gain more than 66kgs i am happy ish :)

i enjoy running, being outdoors, spending time with my family and i love cake and all things sweet and delicious :)
