Hi, It's Tanmay. It's not been easy all these years being "fat" , but everyone with a little extra layer knows that. I started exercising and cutting junk food several times before, but it always ended up in the "yo-yo" rather than stable goal.
Depression and eating more while thinking about my weight became a habit, till one day , i guess it just reached a tipping point on 27th Feb 2012 when i looked at the scale and it showed me 139 kgs ..!!!!!!!
Well i'm on the way to reduce weight equivalent to a human being..... already lost 10 kgs when I'm writing this...
Ill be posting regular photographs of me for comparison.....
Hey i understand how it feels...... believe me.... It's do-able...!!
