I joined FS on 28 Sep 11 with 16lbs to lose, I have opted for the Atkins approach of culling a few lbs having spent over a year counting calories, which does work but I need to reduce carbs from my daily diet - hence choosing Atkins.

I'm 55½ (at time of writing) based in England, married to a superb hunter-gatherer who is currently serving with the Royal Air Force.

My main hobbies are gardening, motorcycling and an avid supporter of rugby union :D
