Single mom of 4 wonderfully awesome kids! Work in the travel industry full-time...and budding entrepreneur by night. My goal is to work from home by fall, when my 2nd youngest starts Kindergarten. Decided on South Beach because it lets me still eat relatively normal and I wouldn't feel so restricted. So far, it's actually helped me eat healthier by incorporating so many veggies into my diet!
