Emotional eater and now calming my urge to eat sweets by walking and being patient when I don't see the results I would like!
Almost 3 months have gone by and I'm proud of myself for controlling my cravings for sweets. I can say no to chocolates, ice cream, and chocolate chip cookies!

Fall is coming and it is getting so hard for me to not crave sweets. Daylight is getting shorter as days go by and it's like my comfort is anything that is sweet:(

With spring here I've started walking with Wednesday and Saturdays being my longest walks. I'm counting my steps,drinking more water, and will try not to eat after 8:00p.m.
