Used to weigh 110Kg's of pure Fat. 2 years on and I am 85Kg's of mostly Muscle. Body Fat sitting at about 14% for now (Post Christmas)
At the moment I live on a 3000 calorie Diet. I am doing T25 upon waking up, and 60 Days to Fit weights programme in the afternoons.
My diary is always 100% correct and apparently makes for interesting reading.
