I am a personal trainer, child nutritionist as well as a sport and exercise nutritionist. Having been overweight myself (134kg) I managed to lose 60kg by applying my knowledge to my own goals. During my journey I have fallen in love with fitness and my hobby is creating healthy versions of popular, unhealthy foods. It comes down to the quality of the food we eat, not the quantity.
