I'm 47 years old and I've kept fit and exercised most of my life. In my early thirties, I stopped exercising and ballooned up to 210lbs. That was when I decided I needed to make a change in my lifestyle. I challenged myself to complete an Ironman as motivation to exercise and lose the unwanted weight. I was not a runner, biker or swimmer so I had to learn everything from scratch. The experience was a big success, I dropped down to 175lbs and was feeling great. Now in my late 40's, I'm still exercising regularly but the weight is not coming off as usual. I felt like I needed to improve my eating habits so I started logging all my exercise and food entries. I'm finding out a lot about my bad habits which are playing havoc with my weight.
