Well i am 20 i was a 130lbs last year at this time, then i started dating my boyfriend now im really confused because before him all i ate was a #9 from taco bell and my idea of working out was walking 10 feet to my car, now i eat healthier but i still gained 30lbs in less then a year, maybe it has to do with the fact that my family has weight issuses, or maybe it i have no self control when it comes to cookies and chips..hmm we will see, this workout seems to be working for me!
