Hi! 69 year old woman who has been here more than once, with many setbacks. I made my goal weight once and then sustained a back injury and could not exercise for over 18 months. That, combined with the pain and Covid I just basically gave up! My pain level still prevents much exercise, but I am going to try again! I pray the good Lord walks by my side throughout! Good luck to you all on your journey! PS...I will be following what worked for me before, no crazy dieting, but a calorie deficit combined with good food choices!
PS....I had kidney stones shortly after this and now my beloved first born son James Joseph has gone to be with God! I will never be the same, he passed on his 50th birthday!!! My heart is miss a piece that can never be replaced....my mom once told me, you never get over the death of a child no matter what their age. She told me this when my brother passed....I have 2 other children who need me and I need and love them so very much. So, I will try to put one foot in front of the other each day, thanking him for his blessings always and bowing to His Will....

I am still seeing urologist and neurosurgeon, I beg prayers mostly for my son and my other children and family members....xxxxooo
