I am an older, single, homeschooling parent of a child with ASD. I have autoimmune arthritis, a touch of osteoarthritis, gout, and congestive heart disease. As a result, managing my diet is difficult, but adding to that is my child's VERY limited palate. Most of my energy goes toward homeschooling my son and helping him with various therapies. I don't have a lot of time to take care of myself.
