I have been married for two years now with no children yet.
I was 63kg at my wedding and picked up 7kg since. My starting weight is 70kg.
My ideal weight would be under 60, so any number starting with a 5 and I will be really happy.
I am quite health conscious in general but married life and my love of cooking has really got out of hand.
My husband never has a bad word to say about my food and will eat anything and everything I give him. My only problem now is the fact that he might not be satisfied with a steamed chicken breast and plain boring broccoli. He also enjoys sugary treats in the evening, dipping cookies one after the other and this makes it extremely hard for me to say no. And like most men, he can eat whatever he wants and not gain an ounce.
Never the less my plan is to make low calorie, healthy food that we will both enjoy and I will have healthy low calorie treats ready when I need them.
