I have always been overweight since I was a teen. In 2019, I weighed 93 Kgs and started to have fatigue and breathing issues while doing some simple physical activity. I started to do weight lifting and cardio and lost around 15kgs to hit a low of 78. The pandemic hit and I slowly gained all that weight back again to reach a new high of 98 Kgs in 2023.
I am also diagnosed with autoimmune thyroid disease which aggravated the weight gain. Currently on medication for hypothyroidism and started to hit the gym again from August 2023.
Counting calories eaten every day, added protein supplements. Trying to get 8hrs of sleep everyday.
I do weight lifting 5 times a week and run 2kms a day 6 times a week. Cutting down on sodium and processed food.
