went through ups and downs for almost a year, but I never gave up even if my progess was fully wiped.

Currently focused on how clothes fit on me instead of the scale. I'm in it for the long run and the scale isn't a great way to promote long-term thinking, unless you use it as a secondary counter. And let me tell you, my pants are falling off haha.
