Hi!

My name is Heidi and I have begun this journey to help me love me again. I have struggled with my weight ever since I started having children. My youngest is now 14, so what is my problem? Well...maybe it's because I am finally happy with a wonderful man (my 2nd husband) and I just let myself go out of sheer happiness. When I'm happy I eat :) I love to eat!! I have decided to change WHAT I love eating and I know it is going to take time and patience. I want to be pleased with the person I see in the mirror...I want to feel like my husband is proud to have me by his side (even though he would never say he isn't) and I want my kids to not be embarrassed that I'm their Mom. I want to knit sweet things for my grand babies. So here I go....on a journey for me!!
