One of my favourite activities is playing games on my tablet or Playstation 4. I work as a graphic designer, so everything I do is basically in front of a PC or TV, which explains why I can easily gain weight lol. I'm an emotional and fragile person and prone to anxiety and depression. Also explaining the weight gain haha. But I am more determined than ever to take back the weight I gained for more than 5 years and feel good about myself once more.
