I'm 46 years old, married. I have been dealing with anorexia in my past( about 11 or 12 years ago). I've been very lucky to have a great group of professionals helping me to overcome that addiction. I feel healthy now, but still have a tendency to be an emotional eater. My goal is to loose a little bit weight (10-15 pounds) for health reasons. I'm trying to go about it in a healthy way this time - incorporating exercise, drinking more water, making better food choices.
