Hi I'm Dave. I admit I can lose weight fairly easily when I put my mind to it. Futhermore I gain weight slowly, which is a trap. 9 months ago I was 75kg. Then bad habits kicked in and before I knew it, Christmas upon me and I'm stuffing my face with the worst foods & drinking booze nearly every night. Sugar is poison and I know it like tomorrow the sun comes up. As far as alchohol I can take it or leave it. So back on keto again. I have found keto to suit my body and I can commit reasonably well to the strictness required for at least the first 6-8 weeks. If I can be bothered I might exercise which supercharges weight loss when in ketosis. Don't worry I have scheduled a cheat day and it's never as good as what you think it's going to be. That's your mind for you 😁...
