I am 56 years old. I never had a weight problem until After menopause. Now it seems no matter what I eat the weight goes up. At my physical this year my doctor told me I needed to get my blood pressure down or she would need to put me on medication. I have been really bad at following diets in the past . I gain and loose, I am giving this my all this time around.I work at a desk all day. I need to get moving! I am eating Low carbs my husband is Diabetic so I am following a low sodium diabetic diet. this appear to be working , I am walking almost everyday. and feeling much better. I have 6 kids and 17 (with 1 on the way) grandchildren, I want to get healthy to be around to watch them all grow. I found this website and hope to find people to support and find support for myself.
