Hey...I'm Corrie and I'm 23. I've been overweight since I was in 5th grade. My peak weight was 195. I am 5'4.
Three years ago, I lost forty-five pounds. First, I worked out like a mad woman and then I started watching what I ate. It took about a year. I've been at 149 for almost 2 years now.
I am okay with my body right now...but I want to lose the last ten pounds. In fact, I want to lost the last 14.
I work out a lot...I try to get at 240 minutes of cardio every week and I lift weights about three times a week.
My problem is my eating habits. I struggle because I love food. My major issue is peanut butter. I eat it every night before I go to bed with a glass of skim milk.
I am pretty sure if I could quit the pb...I'd be golden.
