I am 23 years old and a registered nurse. I usually don't like sitting around doing nothing. My mind is always thinking of new things to do. I am always moving and my job involves a lot of fast walking. But in my fast paced life, I don't make a lot of time for deliberate exercise and preparing healthy foods. I do not want want to develop preventable health problems because of my weight and fitness, and I want to feel like a confident, cute 22 year old. I'd like to eventually be a size 5/6, or comfortably fit into a medium. I'd like to have a toned, healthy and fit body. I plan on eating a balanced diet. I don't plan on cutting anything totally out of my diet, but eat more natural foods and less fats, sugars, and processed foods. I plan on exercising more with videos and going on walks that will turn into runs. When I was 18/19, I started running and was successful with weight loss, until I discovered shinspints and my running and walking stopped. I don't have much support here in person where I live, so I am hoping that I can find support and motivation through this website!
